By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Please Note: We do not allow any of our products to be sold on any 3rd party platform including Facebook, eBay and Amazon.
Purchasing & Payment Policy
All orders are taken on a pro-forma basis, with goods shipped after payment. After placing your order we will then send you a proforma invoice with payment details. Once payment is received we will despatch your goods as soon as possible.
Goods are normally despatched within 72 hours of receipt of payment. Any likely delays caused by out of stock items or other circumstances will be advised at the time of order.
The cost of delivery will be confirmed with the pro-forma invoice.
Goods are supplied on a firm sale basis and we do not accept stock back once delivered – we do not offer Sale or Return, or product exchanges.
Due to the handmade nature of the products, the designs are all subject to variations.
Notification must be made within 5 days in the event of short deliveries or faulty goods.
We reserve the right not to supply product in cases of any administrative, technical or other errors related to prices and/or quantities.
We take great pride in the design and quality of our products and copyrights apply where applicable.
All designs are registered and protected under the Giftware Association Copywatch Design Protection program.
All images on our own website are copyright of BlossomCo. Product images for use on stockist’s own websites etc are available within the image download centre on our website products page. Stockists may use their own original images if desired.
The BlossomCo logo may not be used without written permission.
We will protect all aspects of our design rights in all ways open to us and we request the co-operation of our trade partners in the avoidance of infringement.
