By placing a trade order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Purchasing & Payment Policy
All orders are taken on a pro-forma basis, with goods shipped after payment.
After placing your order we will then send you a proforma invoice with payment details.
Once payment is received we will despatch your goods as soon as possible.
BlossomCo is not registered for VAT.
Delivery
Goods are normally despatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment.
Any likely delays caused by out of stock items or other circumstances will be advised at the time of order.
The cost of delivery will be confirmed with the pro-forma invoice.
International (non-UK) Orders
BlossomCo is based in the UK and our products are handmade in the UK.
DAP Incoterms of Delivery apply.
Prices do not include local customs, duties or tax charges.
You will be responsible for any duties and tax due on goods imported into your country as well as any additional customs handling/clearance fees charged by postal operators or couriers.
Returns Policy
Goods are supplied on a firm sale basis and we do not accept stock back once delivered – we do not offer Sale or Return, or product exchanges.
Due to the handmade nature of the products, the designs are all subject to variations.
Notification must be made within 5 days in the event of short deliveries or faulty goods.
We reserve the right not to supply product in cases of any administrative, technical or other errors related to prices and/or quantities.
Copyright
We take great pride in the design and quality of our products and copyrights apply where applicable.
All designs are registered and protected under the Giftware Association Copywatch Design Protection program.
All images on our own website are copyright of BlossomCo.
Product images for use on stockist’s own websites etc are available within the image download centre on our website products page.
Stockists may use their own original images if desired.
The BlossomCo logo may not be used without written permission.
We will protect all aspects of our design rights in all ways open to us and we request the co-operation of our trade partners in the avoidance of infringement.
