Dogs are a big commitment and hard work;  bigger shopping bills, extra cleaning, walks in the wind and rain, having to abandon your favourite TV programme for an essential ‘comfort’ trip outdoors and finding chewed up treasured items are all part of the territory! 

But I’m smitten, I love dogs! So yes, it’s definitely worth it.

Maybe now I should mention my favourite bits of owning a dog…  walks in the countryside on frosty days, snuggling up together in front of a roaring fire, a warm welcome every time you walk through the door, the way they protect and show affection to family children… It’s no wonder we’re a nation of animal lovers. 

Of course we want to spoil our pets at Christmas, they’re part of our family. Special tasty treats, a family walk on Christmas day and a new toy go without saying.

A new BlossomCo collar and lead provide the icing on the cake.

How about the starry Stanley set? That’s another of my favourite things about our 4 legged family member, the smug feeling when other walkers notice your gorgeous dog and the tasteful accessories she adorns!

So, a dog is not just for Christmas, but a special BlossomCo collar and lead definitely should be!
